UNIVERSAL CHILDREN DAY- RETROSPECT OF STANCE FOR A SAFER SPACE FOR CHILDREN

 On this day, Nov 20 2020 Friday morning, history was made and will never be forgotten as long as the LNCRF is still in existence for the cause of championing the rights of all children in Liberia.

We demanded the right thing to be done. We Assembled peacefully under the UNCRC article 15, and with support from the 2011 children's law of Liberia.

Our major focus: Liberia as a country is a signatory to this treaty in 1993, and was rectified in 1991. We must join others countries to celebrate children all across the globe every year on Nov. 20, to amplify their voices and provide for their growth and development, protect them from all forms of violence and abuses.

On this day, I'm want to say Happy universal children's day to all children in and out of Liberia. We must implement laws and policies in the interest of Liberian Children. We must continue to fight hunger and provide adequate shelter/support for all children in Liberia. We must ensure quality education for all children without discrimination.

We must END all forms of SGBV(RAPE)/Harmful Traditional practices in Liberia.

Thanks to all parliamentarians who stood by us in the struggle during our leadership .... you will always be remembered as long as the LNCRF is still in existence.

Our blessings are with this current leadership. We will always be at the back to support the progress of the current leadership.
